Smith at the Twelfth International Conference on Architectural Support for Programming Languages and Operating Systems (ASPLOS) in San Jose, CA, October 21-25, 2006.

Stijn Eyerman and Lieven Eeckhout are affiliated with Ghent University, Belgium. Tejas Karkhanis and James E. Smith are affiliated with the Univeristy of Wisconsin--Madison, USA.

The paper will carry the HiPEAC label.
