Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format. Submissions should be no longer than 10 double-column pages, single-spaced, with 1-inch margins on both sides, top and bottom, and 10pt font or larger. The abstract should be 300 words at most. Submissions not adhering to these guidelines may be summarily rejected by the program chair without consideration of their merits.

Reviewing will be double blind and authors should make a reasonable effort to conceal their identity.

Additional formatting guidelines:

  • Please make sure your paper prints satisfactorily on A4 format AND letter (8.5"x11") format.
  • Your submission must be formatted for black-and-white printers and not color printers; this is especially true for plots and graphs in the paper.
  • Please make sure that the labels on your graphs are readable without the aid of a magnifying glass.
  • Please number the pages.
