The 6th HiPEAC conference will take place in Heraklion
The HiPEAC conference provides a forum for experts in computer architecture, programming models, compilers, and operating systems for embedded and general-purpose systems. The conference aims at the dissemination of advanced scientific knowledge and the promotion of international contacts among scientists from academia and industry.
The 6th HiPEAC conference will take place in Heraklion, on the North coast of Crete, the east Mediterranean island in the South part of Greece, from Monday 24 to Wednesday 26 January 2011, preceeded by one or two days of Workshops and Tutorials during the week-end of 22-23 January 2011. Heraklion is the geographical and financial center of Crete, a place of rich scientific, cultural, and touristic activities, situated a few kilometers from Knossos, cradle of the Minoan civilization, four millennia ago.
