We are glad to announce and invite you to the Barcelona Computing Week 2012

Our next event is the computing systems week which will take place in Göteborg, Sweden, in the week of April 23. This event continues to be the biannual networking event for the HiPEAC community. New is that all members will have to opportunity to propose and organize workgroup meetings at the CSW.

The Barcelona Supercomputing Center, HiPEAC and Microsoft Research have organized the Barcelona Multicore Workshop (BMW) / HiPEAC Computing Systems Week 2011, which was held in Barcelona on 2nd-4th November.

The "HiPEAC Summer School" is a one week summer school for computer architects and compiler builders working in the field of high performance computer architecture and compilation for embedded systems. The school aims at the dissemination of advanced scientific knowledge and the promotion of international contacts among scientists from academia and industry. This year the HiPEAC Summer School will take place in Fiuggi, Italy. More information you can find on http://www.hipeac.net/acaces2011

The Programming and Tuning Massively Parallel Systems Summer School (PUMPS) is aimed at enriching the skills of researchers, graduate students and teachers with cutting-edge technique and hands-on experience in developing applications for many-core processors with massively parallel computing resources like GPU accelerators. The Pumps Computing Week is sponsored by HiPEAC and will take place in Barcelona. Registration deadline is 30th of May 2011. (http://bcw.ac.upc.edu/)
